In September 2025, The Photo Team travelled to Dubai to cover Marriott International’s flagship EMEA regional meeting. With over 1,000 delegates attending across multiple locations and three days of programming, we managed full photography and videography logistics — from conferences to gala dinners. Our team delivered a stunning photo gallery and highlight showreel that captured the scale, prestige, and cultural setting of this international event.
The Challenge
Covering Marriott International’s EMEA annual meeting required detailed planning and seamless execution across multiple venues in Dubai. With over 1,000 attendees, three days of meetings, entertainment, and a finale gala dinner and award ceremony, the challenge was twofold:
- International logistics — arranging travel, permissions, and equipment for coverage across multiple hotel locations.
