Conducted within your office on location, the photographer will attend and find a suitable location to meet your brief, pictures will be taken professionally, edited and provided the next day.
Headshots with studio effect background

Our professional headshot sessions are conducted at your location of choice, using our fully portable studio setup. With studio lighting and a clean white background, we deliver the gold standard of corporate headshot photography, consistent, professional results every time. Images are carefully edited and supplied the very next day, giving you high quality portraits that are ready to use across LinkedIn, websites, and marketing materials.

Prices vary depending on the type of business photography you require, the length of your event, the number of professional photographers needed, and the level of post production editing involved. You can hire our professional photographers for as little as one hour for standard headshots or short commercial sessions, through to full day coverage of up to 10 hours for large scale events. Multi day events are also supported, with tailored packages available simply contact our team to discuss your project in more detail.
When calculating an accurate commercial photography price, factors to consider include:
- Travel time to your business premises, venue, or event.
- Expenses such as parking, travel, or mileage.
- Editing and processing time, including bespoke post production requirements.
- Accommodation expenses for multi day events outside your local area.

About Our Commercial Photography Prices
Accurate corporate photography prices will depend on a number of factors including what type of business photos you are looking for, how long your event is if your commercial photos will be taken at a conference, trade show or event, how many photos you would like to get and how many photographers you require.
We provide clear and transparent pricing information above and if you have a particularly bespoke requirement or any questions, please get in touch with our team directly.
You can hire our professional photographs for as little as 1 hour for standard headshots and quick commercial jobs or up to 10 hours for commercial events, conferences or trade shows. We can of course help with multi day events also, please just get in touch so we can take down some more details.
An accurate commercial photography price will account for:
- Travel time to your business premises or event.
- Expenses (e.g. parking, travel and/or mileage).
- Processing time (which will be longer if you require special or bespoke post-production editing).
- Any accommodation expenses if your project will run over several days.
- Provision of the necessary equipment (a key benefit of working with a company such as The Photo Team is that we already have and use state of the art photography equipment).

The cost for our videography services are a little bit more complex and less straight forward than just an hourly rate. This is due to a variety of different equipment that is required for capturing different types of content as well as the time required for editing.
